Solera serves up personal-sized pizzas that pair perfectly with whatever you’re sipping. Pizza offerings change on the regular, while we always have something for vegetarians and carnivores alike, what shows up tonight might not be what you saw last week. Check the site for some usual suspects, but come in to see what’s in the oven.

Jalapeno Bacon Cheddar
Dayton Meat’s jalapeño bacon on cheesy sauce and topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

Greek Lamb
Sautéed ground lamb on white sauce topped with olives, marinated artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, feta and mozzarella cheeses. Just a sprinkle of oregano too.

Smoked Salmon
Smoked salmon and Shiitake mushrooms on white sauce with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

Bacon Bleu
Black pepper bacon on a thin layer of white sauce and topped with Maytag Bleu and a bit of mozzarella cheese.

Bacon Tomato
Black pepper bacon on sun dried tomato cream sauce and topped with asiago and fresh mozzarella cheeses.

Vodka Chicken
Roasted chicken on vodka sauce and topped with parmesan, mozzarella and pesto Genovese.

MVP
Mushrooms, vodka sauce and prosciutto with asiago, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses.

Dayton Meat’s seasoned pulled pork on mustard cream sauce and topped with Swiss cheese, dill pickles, and a bit of mozzarella.

Vodka Chicken
Roasted chicken on vodka sauce and topped with parmesan, mozzarella, and pesto Genovese.

A.S.A.P.
Artichokes, Sausage, Asiago, and Peas. Strange but good.

Traditional Italian Sausage
Italian sausage on red sauce with parmesan and mozzarella. 

Garlic Chicken Sausage
Chicken sausage on garlic red sauce and topped with Asiago and mozzarella

Pesto Bacon
Creamy pesto with black pepper bacon, sun dried tomato, asiago and mozzarella

*Prosciutto/Artichoke/Vodka
Italian prosciutto and marinated artichokes on vodka sauce and topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

*Reuben
Corned beef on 1,000 and topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and a sprinkle of caraway. Hearty and delicious. 

Chicken Puttanesca
Zesty red sauce laced with fresh garlic and pureed Greek Kalamata olives topped with roasted pulled chicken with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

Smoked Chicken
Dayton Meat’s amazing smoked chicken breast on vodka sauce and topped with parmesan, mozzarella and pesto Genovese. Super yummy!

Saffron Carbonara
Black pepper bacon on saffron cream sauce and topped with parmesan and mozzarella.

 

For Vegetarians

Broccoli Mac & Cheese
Roasted broccoli and four cheese Mac & Cheese. Topped with more cheese. Carb on carb action, but it’s worth it!

Mushroom Truffle
Bitter sautéed portobello mushrooms on a thin layer of white sauce and topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Just a hint of Italian white truffle oil. A Solera classic.

*Black Bean Chipotle
Black beans on spicy chipotle sauce and topped with cheddar and mozzarella.

Balsamic Onion Jam
Home made sweet onion jam laced with balsamic vinegar, asiago, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese.

*Roasted Tomato
Roasted fresh tomatoes on creamy pesto sauce and topped with asiago and fresh mozzarella cheese. Then a drizzle of balsamic reduction. 

Vodka Mushroom
Butter sautéed and Italian white truffle oil laced portobello mushrooms on vodka sauce and topped with asiago, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

*Greek Veggie
Olives and marinated artichokes on white sauce and topped with feta, mozzarella, and oregano.

Funky Goat
Goat cheese with apricot preserves, Maytag bleu cheese, and mozzarella. Just a hint of thyme. Perfection!

Manchego Olive
Thin layer of white sauce topped with Greek Kalamata olives, Spanish Manchego, and mozzarella cheeses.

Caprese
Red sauce, fresh mozzarella and pesto Genovese. Simply delicious.

Eggplant Parmesan
Roasted garlic and eggplant on red sauce and topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

Roasted Brussel sprouts on white sauce and topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

Potato
Rosemary roasted potatoes on white sauce and topped with asiago and mozzarella cheeses.
